All in all, I'm pleased. I mean, I have a migraine and I really, really want to eat more (I won't, I swear!), but I have faith that if I keep this up, in the upcoming days I will see results and I will be happy.

Which is really very optimistic for me. I'm usually pretty gloom and doom... but perhaps the new year has taken a toll on me!


Speaking off the new year, I made some resolutions in my head at 11:59 (be nice, etc.) but I have yet to write them down, so I think I'm going to do that here if you don't mind. That is, when I get the energy to think of that list and press the keys needed to transfer it from my brain onto this computer.

I'm honestly EXHAUSTED right now... and I guess I have been for the last two or three days. I don't have the energy to read, lie in the bath, or even watch last night's Castle... and I LOVE Castle.

What's wrong with me??? (No, that's not rhetorical. If you have any idea, please chime in!)

    Well my smoothies consist of either rice or almod milk (depending on what i'm in the mood for) and then when I'm liquid fasting I add some frozen fruit usually 1/4 of a cup just to flavour and thicken the milk up and keep the cals below 200. Or if I want more of a dessert/suppliment smoothie I'll add a couple of tbs of either soy yogurt or low fat plain yogurt and sometimes a scoop or half scoop of vanilla protein powder. It all depends on mood and what my day's plan is :) but I LOVE rice milk because it doesn't get all thick like cow's milk.

  2. As far as being tired goes, who knows? I've been exhausted too, but I put it down to the heat. I'm melting! Thankfully, today's a little cooler.

    As far as loving Castle goes, well, I really didn't think there was anything wrong with that! <3. XXX.
